Statesman Forum
At Liber Community School we value open and respectful discourse. Students and mentors are expected to have opinions and voice them with respect. We relish the richness that many points of view bring to a learning community. This value is not limited to just the students and teachers. We are all mentors within this community. And, as we model citizenship and statesmanship for our students, everyone in the community should feel safe in respectfully exploring and expressing opinions even on (or most importantly on) controversial topics, such as choice of candidates for political office and positions on election ballot measures.
